Job Responsibilities
Analysis of the need for enterprise development.
Identification of key moments of development.
Choice of strategy and determination of college development priorities.
Determination of methods for achieving goals, justification of the choice of goals, identification of tools for achieving goals.
Determination of the main principles of the college development policy.
Organization of general strategic planning.
Definition of the main concept of the long-term plan.
Providing periodic and final reporting on the progress of the college management.
Preparation of information at the request of management.
