Born on July 26, 1971 in the South Kazakhstan region.
Education:
In 1988-1995 – Buryat Agricultural Institute and graduated from the Almaty Zooveterinary Institute, specializing in “Veterinary Science”, receiving a diploma of higher education in 1995.
In 1998, he completed postgraduate studies at the Kazakh National Agrarian University.
Professional experience:
In 1995-2000 – Assistant of the Department of “Anatomy and Physiology” of the Kazakhstan State Agrarian University;
In 2000-2009 – Customs broker at the Abay customs post of the Customs Department of the South Kazakhstan region;
In 2009-2011 – Teacher of the discipline “Veterinary Science” of the Kaplanbek Humanitarian Agroeconomic College;
In 2011-2016 – Head of the Department for the special subject “Veterinary Science”;
In 2016-2023 – Deputy Director for educational and methodological work;
In 2023-2024 – Advisor to the President of NAO “Talap”;
Since July 18, 2024 – Director of LLP “Higher College ARES PetroTechnic”.
Awarded – 2018 “Algys Hat” of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 2020 – “Certificate of Honor” of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 2021 – “Algys Hat” of NAO “Talap”.
