In October 2024, representatives of APEC PetroTechnic College visited OOO “Tolyatti Kauchuk” and Tolyatti Chemical Technology College (Russia). During the visit, they were introduced to the production process at OOO “Tolyatti Kauchuk” and the educational programs and teaching methods at Tolyatti Chemical Technology College.
